Removing Existing Stucco and Building Existing Masonry Wall With New Design

The project involved upgrading an exterior wall that had previously been covered with stucco. Over time, the stucco surface had lost its durability and no longer matched the desired architectural style of the building.

The first stage of the work included carefully removing the old stucco layer to expose the underlying structure of the wall. After the surface was cleaned and properly prepared, the masonry team began constructing a new brick facade using Chicago common brick and high-quality masonry materials.

During the rebuilding process, attention was given to proper alignment, strong mortar joints, and the overall consistency of the brick pattern. The new design was created to improve both the structural reliability of the wall and its long-term resistance to weather conditions.
