312 Masonry · DBA of 312 Master Construction LLC (“we”, “us”) operates this website. This page explains what we collect when you use it, why, and what we do with it. It is kept short and specific to how the site actually works.

What we collect

The only information you actively give us on this site is what you type into the quote form:

• your name;
• your phone number;
• your email address;
• the neighborhood the work is in;
• the service you are asking about;
• whatever you write in the message field.

Only the message field is free text — please do not put payment details or other sensitive information in it.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you, arrange the on-site visit and prepare a written scope. That is all. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

Where it goes

A quote request is sent to us by email. It is not saved in this website’s database. Once it reaches us it lives in our email and, if the job goes ahead, in our normal project records. Inside the company it is seen only by the people who need it to quote or run the work.

Automatic information

Our web host keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser, the page requested, the time — as every web server does. They are used for security and troubleshooting.

This site does not run advertising or analytics tracking scripts. WordPress may set a cookie if you log in to the admin area; ordinary visitors are not given tracking cookies by us.

Other services

Some pages link out to or embed third-party services:

• Google — the map on our service-area pages is embedded from Google Maps, and our review links point to our Google Business Profile;
• Yelp — review links point to our Yelp page.

When you interact with those you are on their platform and their privacy policies apply. We do not receive anything about you from them beyond the public reviews they show.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not turn into work are kept only as long as they are useful for following up. Records for completed jobs are kept as long as we need them for warranty, insurance and tax purposes.

Your choices

Write to us at info@312masonry.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — unless we are required to keep it for a completed job. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will.

Children

This site is for people arranging masonry work. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change how any of this works we will update this page and the date at the top.
