Project description.

312 Masonry completed historic masonry fence column reconstruction at the White Temple property in Glenview, IL. The project included removal of deteriorated brick, salvage and reuse of original masonry, concrete core modification, and installation of a drainage and moisture-management system. The columns were rebuilt with Type N mortar and matching hard-face brick, then finished with the original limestone coping. This historic masonry restoration corrected underlying water issues while preserving the temple’s original architectural character and improving long-term durability.
