Project description.
After review, the water intrusion at this Prospect Heights condominium building traced back to damaged and improperly installed masonry flashing and surrounding exterior materials. 312 Masonry removed the failed masonry and flashing to get at the source of the problem.
New masonry flashing was installed around the windows, the water intrusion areas were repaired, and the front elevation was refaced with new decorative stone — with full waterproofing and proper drainage to keep water out going forward.
