Project description.
Old, cracked caulking around windows and doors lets in water and air, and accelerates damage to the surrounding masonry. At this Wicker Park building, 312 Masonry removed all of the failed caulking around every window and door.
New caulking was installed at each opening, restoring a proper weather seal and protecting the masonry around the windows and doors from further water intrusion.
