Project description.

Water sitting against a foundation wall is one of the most common causes of long-term masonry and structural damage. 312 Masonry excavated along the outside of this South Loop foundation to install new drain tile.

The new drainage system directs water away from the foundation wall, protecting the masonry above it from ongoing moisture damage.

  • Excavated along the exterior of the foundation wall.
  • Installed new drain tile to manage water at the foundation.
  • Directed water away from the foundation to prevent moisture damage.
  • Backfilled and restored the excavated area.
