Project description.
This top-floor unit was taking on water through a window where the surrounding brick had failed. 312 Masonry's crew accessed the exterior wall by rope to inspect and measure the deteriorated coursing above the opening.
The damaged brick was removed and replaced to stop the water intrusion at its source, matching the existing masonry so the repair blends into the building's façade high above the Gold Coast streets near the lake.
