This South Loop home extended its kitchen with a new addition, and wanted a masonry fireplace to anchor the new space. 312 Masonry built a new hard-face brick fireplace as part of the build-out.
The brick and mortar were matched to the home's existing structure, so the new fireplace and addition read as part of the original house rather than a bolt-on.
