The project

Project description.

The property's perimeter fence pillars had taken on water damage over time. Decorative masonry caps and trim installed by a previous contractor had been fitted improperly, letting water work its way into the brick pillars surrounding the church grounds.

Moisture infiltration had deteriorated the masonry system, mortar joints and decorative elements — leaving discoloration, staining, cracking and a generally worn appearance. 312 Masonry corrected the source of the water intrusion, removed and rebuilt the damaged fence posts with new hard-face brick, and restored the pillars' original appearance and structural integrity.

Rebuilt the perimeter posts using new hard-face brick.
Corrected improperly installed decorative masonry caps and trim that had let water in.
Repaired mortar joints and decorative elements damaged by long-term moisture infiltration.
Restored the original appearance of the brick pillars surrounding the property.
Restored full structural integrity to the perimeter pillars.
