Without proper flashing, water finds its way behind the masonry around window openings and causes damage over time. 312 Masonry installed new professional-grade window flashing on this South Loop building to close that gap.

The work protects the surrounding brick and structure from water intrusion, extending the life of the masonry around every window it covers.
