Project description.
Water was getting into this unit around a window, traced back to failed masonry on the outside wall. 312 Masonry inspected the assembly from inside and out to find where water was getting through.
With the source identified, the crew repaired the masonry around the window opening to seal out water going forward.

- Inspected the window and surrounding masonry to trace the source of the leak.
- Identified failed masonry on the exterior wall as the cause.
- Repaired the masonry around the window opening.
- Sealed the area to stop further water intrusion.
