The project

Project description.

The Women's Health Group project called for masonry construction of two critical vertical elements in a brand-new office building: the elevator shaft and the stairwell shaft. Both needed to meet structural, fire-code and durability requirements from the ground up — new construction, not a retrofit.

312 Masonry built both shafts using fully grouted 8-inch concrete masonry units (CMU), giving the structure exceptional strength and fire resistance. All work followed project specifications and industry standards for precise alignment, superior workmanship and a solid foundation for the building's structural system.
